Currently a Director at Air Host and Clean, a serviced accommodation management company, Jo's vast hospitality knowledge and that of her team have been harnessed to give you the content for this course. Having managed hotels for many years the next logical step for her was to launch a serviced accommodation management company. Having been successful in COVID times she realised that there wasn't any courses that actually taught the nitty gritty side of the business. There were many that taught how to source, how to get bookings but to her the middle bit seemed lacking, people made simple mistakes which ultimately cost them money so during covid time she set about writing content in conjunction with her team and many other experts from the industry.
